How to enjoy a maid café

Your first visit, step by step
- "Welcome home!" The maids greet you as their returning master or princess and explain the system.
- Entrance fee per hour. A cover charge on top of your order — about ¥850–880 per hour for adults at the big chains.
- Order at least one item. A drink, a dish or a set.
- "Moe moe kyun!" When your food arrives, make a heart with your hands with the maid to "put love" into it.
- Cheki photo. A paid instant photo with a maid is the souvenir — the only way to get a photo with her.
- "Have a nice trip!" The maids see you off. At @home cafe, the stay is one hour.
Budget: roughly ¥2,500–5,000 per person for one hour with a drink or set and one cheki.
